PREPARATORY PHASE AND GARDEN DESIGN

  • Elaboration of the garden design - layout, divided into functional zones, incorporation of elements, landscaping, placement of furniture and equipment, design of materials and planting

The output of this phase are photorealistic visualizations of the designed space in PDF format.

In the form of a garden design study

Scope of drawings to be provided - the specific list of drawings will be specified based on the requirements resulting from the proposal:

  • Floor plan with layout
  • Coordination situation
  • Terrain modelling
  • Delineation drawing
  • Irrigation
  • Drawing of electrical and lighting end elements
  • Surface layers
  • Details of atypical elements
  • Setting plan
  • Technical report

The output of this phase is a drawing documentation in PDF format.

TABLE OF ELEMENTS AND MATERIALS

  • Inventory and specification of elements and materials contained in the drawings
  • Accompanying clients to the showroom of selected suppliers at the architect's discretion

The output of this phase is a table in PDF format with an inventory and specification of the proposed elements and materials.
